Sandra Kay Glory, 59, a lifetime resident of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Hastings Hospital.
Sandra was born December 10, 1964, in Tahlequah (grew up in the Drycreek Community), a daughter of the late John Henry Glory and Imogene Mouse Glory. She attended Tahlequah Public Schools and graduated from Tahlequah High School.
Sandra dedicated her life to caring for her beloved son, Brandon Drywater, finding joy in their shared experiences and adventures around town. She treasured their time together, particularly engaging in activities such as biking and participating in community initiatives like "Feed My Sheep."
Sandra was a devout member of the New Greenleaf Baptist Church, actively engaging in its various endeavors, embodying her deep faith.
Sandra is survived by her loving son, Brandon Drywater; oldest sister, Gloria Hammer(Joseph); her Aunt Carolyn Ballard; nieces, Robin (Jericho), Shawna (Damon), Dacia (Edwin), Deana (Timothy), Karen (Juan), Maranda, Hollie (Bernie), and Jennifer (J. J.); one nephew, Jason (Loni); and many more extended family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Laura Glory; her niece, Odie Philpott; mother figure, Mary Archer;and her maternal and paternal grandparents.
There will be a viewing Wednesday, October 23, 2024, from 1:00 to 6:00 PM, at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be Thursday, October 24, 2024, 1:00 PM, in the Chapel of Hart Funeral Home in Tahlequah. Burial will follow at Agent Cemetery in Moody.
