Sandra Schree Hebron, 54, of Hagerstown, Maryland, Passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Sandra was born on December 4, 1970 in Montgomery County, MD. She was the daughter of Gerry Nolan Hebron and Nora Diane Boyd. She lived in Maryland most of her life, and for a short period, she lived in South Carolina with her sister Tria Carter. She attended Montgomery County Public Schools. She worked as a customer service representative the majority of her life, being the great people person that she was. She was a member of Clinton AME Zion Church.
Sandra was a very loving and caring person, and touched the hearts of many. She had a heart warming smile that would shine on the darkest days. She was full of laughter, with a great sense of humor and would make the best of any situation. She loved spending time with family and friends, and could defuse any situation with her beautiful singing. She wouldn't let anyone's birthday pass without singing her version of happy birthday. She was famous for her sammiches, in her words, you cant go wrong with a good Ole sammich, you gotta hook it up! Sandra had a heart of gold and touched anyone who was blessed with the opportunity to be in her life.
In addition to her parents, Sandra is preceded in death by her two sons: Darnell Gilchrist and Keith Gilchrist.
Sandra is survived by her daughter: Kenisha Gilchrist; grandchildren; Damarcus, Isaiah, Siani, Darius and Karriah; sisters: Wanda Boyd, Norweena Lewen, Tria Carter, and Jessica Sipes; brothers: Craig Wright, Michael Rounds, and Ernest Jeffrey Jr; her special aunt: Norma Green, affectionately referred to as "Momma"; devoted uncle: Kelvin Green; her special nephew Jeremiah Hawkins; aunt Gail Hebron and Doris Pritchett; great aunt Edith Stewart; cousin and godmother to her children: Robin Boyd; devoted friend: Pastor Robin Johnson; and a host of additional aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held at Rest Haven Funeral Home on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 2:00 P.M., with a one-hour visitation prior.
