Sandra Heintzelman Obituary
Sandra loved her horses; she was an avid rider as well. She enjoyed camping with her horses and camping at the fair. Sandra was very active in the Ionia area 4-H and she adored spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Shane (Jessica) Heintzelman of Ionia, Shawn (Paul) Frisbie of Ionia, Shasta (Ken) Cole of Ionia, Shalyn Heintzelman of Ionia, one sister, grandchildren, Cheyanne (Josh) Henderson, Trenton Heintzelman (Kylie Poling), Morgan VanNortrick (William Selleck), Braeden VanNortrick, Sierra Heintzelman (Owen Field), Jenna (Luke) Ruge, Sean Heintzelman, Riley Frisbie, Teagan Frisbie, Wyatt Cummings, and great grandchildren, Asher, Gianna, Collins, Finnick, August and Lillian.
Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ronald, and son, Shannon Heintzelman.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12 PM, March 8, 2026 at the Banner Event Venue. Arrangements in care of Lake Funeral Home of Ionia. Online Condolences may be made at www.lakefuneralhomes.com.

Shane, Shawn, Shasta, & Shaylin & family, I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. I have so many fond memories of time spent with you all. Camping, at your house and at our house. So much fun. I hold both your parents in my heart always.
