Sandra Hemphill Obituary
She was born on December 6, 1935 to the late James E. Hemphill Sr., and Velma (Krabill) Hemphill.
Sauny worked as a clerk at Jack McKain Market for 25 years before retiring in 1985. She attended North Main Street Church of God and was a member of the Sixty Plus club and the Keenagers Sunday School Class.
Sauny is survived by her sister, Carol Wigton and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Hemphill.
A private burial will take place at Butler County Memorial Park.

Nancy & I were so fortunate to meet Sandra thru Meals on Wheels. We delivered her meals every Wednesday. She was such a joy to spend time talking with her every week. Always smiling and upbeat she was a pleasure visiting with. We´ll miss you Sandra. You were one of a kind.

Dear Family, I am sorry for the loss of your dear Sauny. I knew her through Park Manor and shared many visits with her in her apartment. She loved each of you so much, especially Donnie, who always was there for her. She often said that she didn't know why she was so loved and I would reply, "because you are so easy to love."
