Sandra Hill Obituary
As a younger lady, Sandra was an outdoors enthusiast who enjoyed playing softball, roller-skating, and skiing. More recently as a homemaker Sandra enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and was an avid Detroit sports fan as she rooted on the Red Wings and Tigers. She was also a member of St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Parish in Shelby Township, MI where she served as a Eucharist minister.
Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her husband Daniel Hill, children Monica (Alonzo) Johnson, Damian (Kelly) Boos, and Stephany (Michael) Mallette, step-children Maureen Bracey, Stephen (Cheryl) Hill, and Michael Hill, sister Yvonne Rupersburg, nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Sandra was also preceded in death by her brother Harold Haxer.
Cremation arrangements entrusted to the Harold W. Vick Funeral Home, Mt. Clemens. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Twp., MI. Memorial donations in memory of Sandra are suggested to St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Parish, 48115 Schoenherr Road, Shelby Twp., MI 48315. So many childhood memories with you "Mrs Boos". I still can't bring myself to call you Sandy. Thank you for the years of laughter you gave my mother; the house always smelled like perfume when you were around...and happy memory I'll never forget. Rest well
