Sandra Hooker Obituary
Sandra Kaye (Patton) Hooker, aged 58, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 1, 2024. Born on April 11, 1966, in Louisville, Kentucky, Sandra brought joy and warmth to those around her. She had a love for animals, enjoyed playing video games, and had an appreciation for thrilling horror movies.
Her fondness for simple pleasures was evident in the way she cherished quiet moments sitting on her front porch, where she could relax and appreciate the beauty of nature. Spending time with family brought much happiness to Sandra's heart.
Sandra was preceded in death by her mother, Dorlis (Bennett) Allen. She leaves behind a loving family that includes her devoted sons, Gary and Joshua Lee (Brooke), grandchildren, Vincent, Harrison, and Cameron; husband, Ronald Hooker, step-children, Brittany and Ronnie Hooker, and father, Gary Allen.
Honoring her wishes, Sandra was cremated, and her care was entrusted to Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany).
