Sandra Kaye Jones

Sandra Kaye Jones, 79, of Dyersburg, died Monday, September 15, 2025, at her residence. Born September 23, 1945, she was preceded in death by her parents Osbun and Erma Lee Morgan Hendrix. She retired from Heckethorn Manufacturing Company and later obtained became a CAN and served as a caregiver. Sandra was a member of Parrish Chapel Baptist Church.

Graveside funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 19, 2025, at Bellevernon Cemetery officiated by Reverend Mike Melton. Friends and family are asked to gather at the cemetery at 10:45 a.m.

Per Sandra's wishes, there will not be a public visitation.

She is survived by her two sons, Dale Jones and Tony Jones, both of Dyersburg; one brother, Rick Hendrix of Dyersburg; and four grandchildren, Victoria Burnham, Addison Jones, Brandon Jones and Samantha Burnham.

David Elliott, Benny Elliott, Bill Elliott, Chris Hendrix, Jon Hendrix and Brandon Burns will serve as pallbearers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Dale Jones, Sr.; and two sisters, Thriessia (Trish) Brower and Barbara Elliott.
