Sandy was born in Danville, Arkansas a daughter of the late Woodrow Willard Holt and Reba Faye George Holt. Sandy was a warm, nurturing, and incredibly sweet soul whose kindness was felt by everyone she met. Generous and accepting, she truly never met a stranger----only friends she hadn't yet talked to. She loved to cook and had a well-known sweet tooth, often spending hours standing in "her corner" of the kitchen, where so many memories were made. Even when she wasn't at home, she had a way of claiming a corner wherever she went, making any space feel welcoming and familiar. Her love, warmth, beauty and gentle spirit will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
Surviving is her husband, Lester Timothy Kemp "Tim", Hartsville, S.C.; her children, Charles W. Long II "Billy", Hartsville, S.C.; Lindsay Long Loignon (Husband Michael, Daughter Eleanor, Son William), Mount Pleasant, S.C., Melaine Grace Marie Kemp (deceased), Angela Kemp Basilotto "Angie" (husband Mike, son Lincoln), Dillsburg, PA., one son, Lester Timothy Kemp II "Tim".
Sandy is also surviving by her siblings, Brother, Will Holt (Shirley), Rogers AR, four sisters, Marilyn Kyle (Gunner), Florida, Barbara Mills (Henry), Danville AR. Janice Fillion (Richard), Mayflower AR and Lydia Norman (Joe), Ohio.
