It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Julie Carol Woodham Huggins, age 70. Mrs. Huggins passed away at her residence on December 7, 2025 while at her residence with her loving family by her side.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at the graveside at Bethel Methodist Church Cemetery on Saturday December 13 at 11:00 am, directed by Norton Funeral Home, in Hartsville. A visitation will be held following the service in the church.
Julie was born in Hartsville a daughter of Bevely Rhodes Johnston and the late Milton Josey "Joe" Woodham.
Surviving is her husband, Charles Albert Huggins, Patrick; Her mother of Hartsville; one son, Carl (Anna) Huggins, Monroe, N.C.; two grandchildren, Emma Huggins, Monroe, N.C. and Chandler Huggins, Monroe, N.C.; two sisters, Lori (Lester) Reynolds, Hartsville and Joan James, Elgin, S.C.; Several nieces and nephews; Great and Great Great nieces and nephews.
