Of Williamsville, NY, formerly of Lewiston, NY, passed away peacefully. Beloved wife of the late Bryant Kurtzman. She is survived by her sister, Marilyn Gilbarg; her daughters, Melissa, Lauren, and Dana; and her grandchildren, Anthony Scialabba, Emily Lawrence, Livia, Hannah, Maya and Jonah Slabodkin. A graveside service was held at Beth Israel Cemetery on Friday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or Hospice & Palliative Care of Buffalo. Have just learned of Sandra's death. Baruch dayan ha'emet.
Sandra was kind, warm, and caring. It was always good to see her at activities when I was at Jewish Federation Apartments. I was there as Activities Director from Dec 2017 until June 2023.
My deepest condolences and may Sandra's memory always be for a blessing. May all of you be comforted and blessed with love and healing from your friends, family, acquaintances.
