Sandra MacKinnon Obituary

Sandra E. MacKinnon, of Abington, born on May 2, 1963, passed away very peacefully from this world on Monday, November 18, 2024, after a long illness. She is now safe in the arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ.
Sandy worked in print production at New England Art Publishers in Abington for 24 years. More recently, she had worked at Trucchi's Supermarket in Abington.
Sandy is predeceased by her parents, Donald M. and Ulva E. MacKinnon, and by her niece, Melissa A. MacKinnon.
Sandy is survived by her brothers, Donald M. "Don" MacKinnon, Jr. and his wife Rita of Easton, and Robert A. "Bob" MacKinnon and his wife Sarah of Abington.
Sandy is also survived by her nephews, David MacKinnon and his wife Jordan of Houston, TX, and Robert MacKinnon of Lynchburg, VA.
She is also survived by her nieces, Megan Bartholdson and her husband Oliver of Hampstead, NC, Miranda MacKinnon of Denver, CO, and Mary Merlis and her husband Ben of Quincy, along with her 10 great nieces and nephews, Adeline, Eliot, Isla, Owen, Audrey, Atlas, Marlow, Eva, Callum, and Cole.
Sandy will be greatly missed and fondly remembered for her smile, generosity and kind heart, by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, December 7th, from 9:30 – 11:00 AM, followed by a Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM in the Brookville Bible Church, 871 So. Franklin St., Holbrook. Burial will follow in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery, 227 Central St., Abington.

I will miss seeing Sandy every time I went to her unit. She was so pleasant and polite. Rest in peace my dear friend!! May God Bless the family and friends during this sorrowful time.
