Sandra McPeak

Sandra Marie McPeak, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Friday, March 11, 2022, peacefully at her home, at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late John Roy McPeak; precious daughter of the late Vincent and Yvette "Betty" Kunkemueller; devoted mother of John (Sherry) McPeak, Cynthia "Cindy" McPeak, Mark (Donna) McPeak and the late Scott McPeak; loving grandmother "Grummy" of Jesse (Sarah Detzel) Hinson, Ashley (Bill) McMillen, Kyle (Alysha) McPeak, Tyler (Maggie) McPeak, Daniel (Kayla) McPeak, Johnny McPeak and great-Grummy of Liam McPeak, Lawson McMillen, Paxton McPeak, Tripp McPeak, Montague "Monty" McPeak and Charleston "Charli" McPeak. She is preceded in death by her parents, her son, Scott and two brothers, Joseph Kunkemueller and Edward Kunkemueller.
Sandra had a warm heart and a kind soul. She dedicated her life to caring for not only her own children but others' as well. She was an early childhood teacher for more than 35 years and ran a pre-school from her home, "Little People Pre-School". She touched so many with her caring nature. She not only loved children but animals as well.
Sandra enjoyed playing BUNKO and bowling. She also loved to crochet and has crocheted miles and miles of afghans and coasters over the years. Sandra was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made in Sandra's name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or St. Louis Humane Society.
Services for Sandra will be held privately with burial to take place at St. Charles Memorial Gardens.
