Sandra O'Brien Obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sandra (St.Pierre) O'Brien who departed this world on March 29th after a long illness. Born on September 3, 1940 to Armand and Angelina St.Pierre. Sandra was secretary to the Headmaster of the Winchendon School for 30 years. She was married for 56 years to William D. O'Brien who passed away on November 4th, 2018.
Sandra's greatest joy was the yearly vacation with her family to Old Orchard Beach and trips to Disney World and Aruba. In addition to her love for animals, she enjoyed playing Keno, cards, listening to music, reading her church bulletin, Hallmark movies, and sitting in the sun by the pool.
Sandra had an impact on each person she interacted with. She was selfless, strong, courageous, inspirational, kind, loving, funny and showed us what could be accomplished with determination and persistence.
She is survived by daughters Sandy Healy, Margaret Simoneau and Kelley Wickman and Son-in-laws Randy Wickman and Richard Simoneau.
She was a loving Nana to Matthew Robidoux, Allison Healy, Stephanie Accardi (Simoneau), Kelsey Simoneau and Kristyn Simoneau. She was Great Nana to Mare Hemenway and Nora Accardi. She also leaves behind brothers, nieces and nephews.
There will be a private Celebration of Life at Cournoyer Funeral Home for the family.
