Sandra Odesky Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Butterfield Home and Chapel Funeral and Cremation Services on Dec. 29, 2025.
Sandra J. Odesky 66, of Old Oxford Road North Smithfield passed away on Sunday December 28, 2025 at Steer House in Providence after a 15-year battle with Alzheimer's Disease. She was the wife of Michael G. Caouette. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Arnold and Helen Odesky, and sister of the late Linda Malouin. Sandy worked at the US postal service in Providence for over 20 years before retiring. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and loved throwing a party. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, helping and feeding stray animals.
She especially loved dancing and really knew how to tear up a dance floor. Sandy had so many wonderful friends and loved them all, especially her best and loyal friend of over 50 years Lori Sarkisian. Besides her husband Michael, she is survived by her sister Carol Odesky as well as many nieces and nephews.
To honor Sandy's wishes there will be no funeral services.
