Sandra Overby Obituary
She was born September 19, 1949 in Marshal County, West Virginia to the late Franklin and Louilza Dulaney.
She was an educator of thirty years at North Elementary School in Colonial Heights, Virginia. She had an unwavering heartfelt dedication to her students and the teachers she worked alongside of.
Tenacious, thoughtful and loving; she is forever in our hearts.
Devoted and loving wife to the late Kriss Overby, mother of the late Shawn Overby, and sister to the late Frank Dulaney.
Survivors include daughter Laura Overby, brother Larry Dulaney, sister in laws Patsy Dulaney and Bobbie Dulaney; daughter in law Robyn Atkinson, nieces Tracy Anderson and Penny Burkhart, nephew Chuck Dulaney; as well as great nieces and nephews; plus Ralphie and Lola.
