Sandra Dean Oxendine of Pembroke was born on Friday, September 2, 1960 to, the late Eddie Lee Oxendine Jr. and Doris Locklear Oxendine and departed this life on Friday, February 13, 2026, at her home, completing her journey of 65 years.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her step mother: Ethel Mae Jones Oxendine, a brother: Larry Oxendine and one niece: Amber Oxendine. Sandra enjoyed fishing, talking, spending time with people and going to the beach.

She is survived by one son: Bobby Oxendine and wife Hope; five sisters: Linda Oxendine of Red Springs, Kathy Oxendine of Lumberton, Doris Oxendine of Red Springs, Patsy Oxendine and husband Marino of Prospect and Roxanne of Shannon; four brothers: Eddie Oxendine and wife Rosa of Morganton, Quincy Oxendine and wife Donna of Laurinburg, Bobby Oxendine and Rhonds of Maxton and Mark Oxendine of Shannon; two grandchildren: Bryan Maynor and Lawrence Manyor as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Service has been entrusted to Boles Funeral Home in Red Springs;
