Sandra Peifer Obituary
LOWELL, IN - Sandra L. Peifer (nee Krager), age 84, of Lowell, formerly of Schererville, passed away Monday November 18, 2024. She is survived by her son, Mark (Dawn) Peifer; grandson, Zachary (Morgan York) Peifer; sister-in-law, Jan Krager; brother-in-law, Bud (late Alice) Darnell; and several nieces and nephews. Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; sisters, Carol and Lori; and brothers, James and Mike; and brother-in-law, James.
Friends may greet the family on Saturday, November 23, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at BURDAN FUNERAL HOME, 12901 Wicker Ave., Cedar Lake, IN 46303.
Sandra was a long-time Schererville resident. She was a member of Faith Bible Church. Sandra was involved in her family business. She traveled the United States pursuing her love of trap shooting and was a member of the Amateur Trap Shooting Association, registering over 50,000 targets. Sandra was a renowned pie baker with many people awaiting her latest sampling. She defined the term "feisty". Her passing will leave a deep hole in the hearts of everyone who loved her. In lieu of flowers, please make a gift to the charity of your choice in Sandra's memory.
