Sandra R. Procopio, 89, went to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ on Saturday, November 30, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family. Sandra was born February 17, 1935, in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Hazel and Timothy Sullivan. She was a loving woman and in return everyone loved her also. She was a foster parent for many years. She enjoyed Diamond Art, played rummy and Yahtzee, and enjoyed watching Bocce games with her family and husband, Jim. She loved to play Mrs. Claus with her late husband, Leroy Davis as well as with Jim, her present husband. Jim and Sandra married in July 16, 2024. They shared a wonderful life together until Sandras homecoming. She will be loved by Jim and the family forever.
Those who preceded her in death were daughters, Elsie Featsent and Peggy Featsent, two late husbands, Thomas Featsent and Leroy Davis, and a stepson, James D. Procopio, Jr. Those surviving, are Husband, Jim D. Procopio, Sr, children, Rick Featsent, Debra Pabilonia and Ed May, Tom Featsent and Joy, 37 Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren, Delaine Ball, Tammy and John Walsh, and David R, Procopio.
A Memorial Service will be held at the First Baptist Church, 7 E. Kline Street, Girard, Ohio, 44420 on December 15, 2024. Calling hour will begin at 2:00 PM with the Memorial Service to begin at 3:00 PM. A Fellowship dinner will be held immediately after the Service.
Funeral preparations were provided by Wm. Nicholas Funeral Home, 614 Warren Ave, Niles, OH 44446-1641. Memorial contributions may be sent to The First Baptist Church, 7 E. Kline Street, Girard, Ohio, 44420.
