Sandra Ramirez

My sincerest condolences on the loss of your dear sister Sandra. I was introduced to Los Compadres in 1970 by my dear friends Linda Basurto Elola and her husband Ronnie Elola. Sandra and I had many a conversations about the consistently delicious food served over the many years I have been visiting your restaurant. Sandra would tell
me she never knew how spicy the salsa would be because the heat of the jalapeños varied with each pepper!
She told me about her trips to Mexico to buy the colorful table tops and sinks for the bathroom that decorate the restaurant! Thank you!
Sandra you are missed ,but I know you are now in the loving arms of our lord Jesus!

I am so sorry to hear about Sandra's passing. I looked forward to seeing her smiling face since the 70's at Los Compadres. I always asked Ignacio about her when I stopped seeing her there. GOD BLESS her sweet soul and your family. Thank you all for the best Chile Verde and Pozole I have ever had! Interesting to read about all of her accomplishments. We met at Burbank Elementary, then onto Winston Jr High. We had a few years at Sunset high school until I moved. She was one of the kindest sweetest woman that I ever met and she loved my mother. I can´t tell you how many tacos burritos, enchiladas , rice ,beans that I ate at their family restaurant. It was like going home when you were too busy to cook. I love you Sandra and I will miss you my friend.
