Williams Funeral Homes - CharlestonSandra Gail Ramsey, 72, resident of East Prairie, Missouri, died Tuesday, February 17, 2026. She was born November 23, 1953, in Tiptonville, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Charlie Ramsey and Helen Jarrett, one of four children.
She was educated in Charleston Public Schools, graduating from Lincoln High School. Sandra enjoyed putting together puzzles, fishing and gardening.
Sandra is survived by one brother, Bradford (Carolyn) Jones Garland, and one sister Jannett (Michael) Wilderness, of Charleston, Missouri.
Sandra is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Susan Suggs. She leaves to cherish her memory two aunts, Marlene Ramsey and Doris Jean Smith of Tiptonville, Tennessee, one uncle, Robert L. Ramsey, of Milwaukee Wisconsin, a very special brother-in-law, Kerry Suggs of Sikeston, Missouri, special friends, Reo Johnson and Bernice Frazier of Charleston, Missouri, her Perry Chapel Church family and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Friends may call Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour of 12:00 noon at Perry Chapel A.M.E. Church in Charleston, Missouri with Pastor Carolyn Kent officiating. Interment will immediately follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Charleston.
