On October 13, 2025 our mother Sandy Schaefer passed away quietly.
She worked as a beautician in her early years in Mankato, Austin, and Albert Lea.
Mom loved having and going to garage sales. She found great happiness in seeing and visiting the many friendly and kind people. Mom also cared for other people in nursing homes, their homes, and cleaned offices. She enjoyed cooking, selling, and fixing hair.
Mom's life was devoted to raising us four children. Her greatest happiness was her time spent with us and her grandchildren.
She loved shopping, going to fairs, and fishing for bullheads.
Holidays and birthdays were always remembered and celebrated. Halloween parties and trick-or-treating and Christmas with Santa will be lasting memories.
Mom will be greatly missed by us and our families.
We love you Mom; your 4 children – Terry Schaefer, Maria Galagan, Rhonda Landsman, and Tony Schaefer
