My sincere condolences go out the Shari, Mindy and Marvin Stein for the loss of our cherished Sandy. She was an exceptional lady. She had energy galore, a passion to do for others for decades. She worked endlessly for many charities or causes. She was a chic a la mode fashionista. She was a queen of organization and she had a memory that worked better than any computer. She always amazed me. She had a heart of gold and had a beautiful smile that matched. No matter how many years have gone by, Sandy would never forget those who moved away from Pueblo. She kept our family in the loop of the latest news or Pueblo events. My mother cherished those letters from Sandy because she missed Pueblo so much. She stayed connected when there were no fancy technologies to do so. Sandy was the greatest and she will be fondly missed. But I know Sandy lives on in her beautiful daughters Shari and Mindy. They each have those special je ne sais quoi qualités de Sandy. Je t'aime Shari, Mindy and Marvin.

I send my love, thoughts and prayers to all the family.

Sincerely, Francine Weston Montreal, Quebec

Dear Marvin, Shari, Mindy and family, Our thoughts, prayers and sympathy are with you. So sorry for the loss of Sandy. My memory of the Steins goes all the way back to the beginning of anything I can remember. Starting with birthday parties when we were little through adolescence and into adulthood, Sandy Stein was a fixture of growing up in Pueblo and after. She was a character, scholar, friend, pillar of the community and all around wonderful lady. The world is a better place since she was in it and Pueblo was especially lucky and a big beneficiary of her living there. I am so glad I knew her and we will raise a big toast in her honor.

I am so saddened to hear of the passing of this beautiful soul who touched so many of our lives here in Pueblo. I knew her best as the mother of my dear friend Shari and her sister Mindy, she loved her family and whenever I ran into her, she would share stories of her grandchildren's latest adventures and what the family was up to. She was always kind and thoughtful, and will be missed, more than she will ever know. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the family and her many friends. May God Bless!
