My sincere sympathy on the passing of Sandy. We were cousins; her Dad Walter was a brother to my mom, Marie Block Gaikowski. Mom and Walter were close, and I remember when Sandy was re-united with Walter after being separated for so many years, Mom was so happy for them. I'm glad they found one another. I remember meeting Sandy for the first time when we were both teens. I wish we could have lived closer so we could have spent time together. May she rest in the Peace of Christ.
