Sandy was a very special person who always had a smile on her face. I enjoyed getting to know her these last two years. Sandy had a wonderful relationship with her children and they meant the world to her. Sandy will be missed!! My thoughts and prays are with the family during this challenging time.

Kim, Ken and family, I pray God will comfort you in the coming days. I am so sorry for your loss, it is so hard to loss a Mom.
Sandra was a amazing woman of God, she was not only a sister to me by blood but also a sister to me in the Lord. I have always been inspired by her faith.
When I was young she used to send me encouraging letters and christian books that would help me grow up to know Jesus better. She had a gracious and sweet spirt. I will forever cherish the memories I have when we last spent time together. It was a precious time to get to know her even better. She will truly be missed. Our hearts are with you during the holidays and our prayers are with you beyond that.

Sandy was one of the kindest souls I've known. Always ready with a hug and words of inspiration, I always looked forward to seeing her in church or in our appointments. Her deep faith was both genuine and encouraging. Although it's always difficult to lose those we care about, there's absolutely no doubt she's in the presence of our Lord and I'm sure there's no place she'd rather be. Be blessed and I pray the peace of Christ falls over her family in this difficult time.

Several weeks prior to Sandi"s passing to be with her Lord I shared a telephone conversation with Sandi, and her love for all her family shined all throughout the conversation. Now she is happy, for now she can walk with her Lord, Jesus, and share all kinds of wonderful things with Him. No more sorrows, nor pain, nor needs and I know that she would say to us all, "Jesus: The Greatest gift of All."
With love,

It is hard to begin as words can not express my love of Sandy. Sandy was the light in my day, with her beautiful smile to our non-stop laughter. She prayed for her family, her friends and for those whom she touched and her faith in our Lord never faltered. From our walks in the garden, our funny stories, all of our activities together every day, I know she knows how much we all miss her. Recently, Sandy and I danced to Frank Sinatra, "My Way" and we agreed it was her song. She lived a life that was full and she faced adversity head on and stood tall and she always did it her way. Sandy's love of her children and family was beautiful. Thank you Kim and your beautiful family for sharing your mother with us. We are lucky to have had the blessing of Sandy as being part of our family in recent years. I couldn't have asked for a better friend with a kinder heart. When I look up at the sky and I see the brightest star, I know that's Sandy there shining down on all of us with love. You are loved and missed.

Sandy was such a spirited person. She was almost always laughing or smiling. She loved being social, being out and about and going to church. And she would always share that with everyone around. Kim and Ken, I am so very sorry for your loss. I am, however, certain that Sandy is now with the Lord and is smiling down on you. She is free of pain. Thank you for sharing her with us. She will always have a special place in my heart. God Bless.

Dearest Sandra,

My heart is heavy as I write this in memory of you. I remember the first day you and I met. You were such a BRIGHT LIGHT of laughs, joy, faith, love, kindness, gentleness, and immediate friendship towards me. I recall your laugh and it's a sweet sound I won't ever forget. Your love for your daughter, Kim was so inspiring to me and I always commented how I pray my relationship with my daughter will be a best friend forever relationship like you two! Your endearing words every time KIM called brought joy into my heart that such a love exists between a mother and daughter.
Thank you for imprinting your legacy of genuine love, joy, kindness, gentleness, hope and faith each day I saw you.
Sandra, I missed you when I left yet it was difficult to come back and explain my long parting. I apologize for not saying goodbye. But Jesus, our Jesus is holding you tight in His arms, loving you and smiling side by side with you. That's the greatest assurance we all have... you are Home! In His loving arms where we are waiting to return. Your faith was mighty in Jesus. You are present with God. I rejoice for you are Whole, healthy and your beauty continues to SHINE even in heaven I am guaranteed of that.
I love you! You will forever be in my heart.
Love always, Chami

Sandy loved her family very much . She was very proud of the adults you both became . When I finally met you Ken, she got a chance to brag on you as well . Kim you were always just one phone call away from whatever emergency was mounting . Sandy loved coming for Sunday service with the Joy Fellowship Singers . She would raise her arms in praise to God's powerful glory. She would sing and cry out to him with zeal . She had such faith . I admire that in her . She will be greatly missed . But I know she is no longer suffering . She is at peace now . Amen

Dear Kim & KEN,

How privileged to have shared so many sweet, fun, joyful times with Sandy & very thankful for our friendship, but most of all that we were sisters in Christ Jesus.
Knowing she is happy with her Lord & Savior forever is great comfort for me & I am prayerful the same for you Kim & Ken as the days ahead unfold.

My sympathy to Sandy's dear family - yes, she will be missed but is now singing praises in her new heavenly home! Sandy was a dear friend and we spent much time together encouraging each other in our faith and having fun, joy and much laughter. Seeing Jesus face to face is where she is now. Mary Luchtenburg
