Sandra Kay Vincent, age 83, a resident of Eads, Tennessee, passed away on January 28, 2026, at Shelby Oaks Nursing Home in Memphis, Tennessee.
Sandra was born in Joplin, Missouri, to Clarence Meis and Mary Katherine Hendricks Meis. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School, Class of 1961. For most of her life, Sandra was a devoted homemaker, dedicating herself wholeheartedly to her family.
A devout Catholic, Sandra found joy and peace through her faith and her love of music and art. She enjoyed oil painting, singing, and playing the organ. Some of her fondest memories were made dancing and sharing her deep love for music with those around her. Sandra was an exceptional mother and a kind, genuine soul—selfless by nature and always willing to help anyone in need.
She is survived by two sons, Ron Vincent (Ilenia) of Eads, Tennessee, and Shannon Vincent (Lauren Woodford) of Kansas City, Missouri; one sister, Barbara Saurbaugh of Overland Park, Kansas; one brother, Michael Meis of Salina, Kansas; three grandchildren, Dustin, Jessi, and Bodee; and three great-grandchildren, Nola, Brody, and Cayde.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents.
