Sandra Lee Wenk

Sandra Lee Wenk, 70, passed away November 13, 2013. Mrs. Wenk was born in Akron and had resided in Kenmore the past 47 years. She had worked in Medical Records at Children's Hospital and was a member of Lakeview Church of Christ where she had served as a Deaconess. She was an avid golfer and bowler and had been ladies champion at Paradise Lake. Preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Dorothy Kastner and brother, Harley Kastner and is survived by her husband of 49 years and 7 months, Fred; sister, Roberta Florence of Wisconsin; sister-in-law, Carol Kastner and her family; brothers-in-law, Howard Wenk and Russell Wenk and their families and her dog, Sammy. There will be no calling hours. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of her life will be conducted at a later date. In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to the American Lung Assoc., 6100 Rockside Woods Blvd. Cleveland, OH 44131. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 330-928-2147.
