Sandy Archer, born on February 7, 1958, in New York City to Mary and Horace Archer, passed away recently. He is preceded in death by his parents as well as his brothers, Lester D. Williams and Johnny Lee Williams.
Sandy completed his high school education in New York City and furthered his studies at Maryland Eastern Shore. Throughout his life, he resided in the Maryland and Washington, D.C. area.
He is survived by two sisters, Hazel Fulton and Linda Pough of Selma, North Carolina, his beloved niece Lynn Williams of Maryland, and a cherished family consisting of numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will remember him fondly.
Sandy's life was one marked by the love of family and community. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
