Sandy Ray Bristow, of Glenn Heights, Tx was born to Billy Wayne and Mary Louise Gray Bristow March 6, 1944 in Gladewater, Tx. He graduated from South Oak Cliff HS and soon after met the love of his life Dora Charlotte Stokes. They married Feb 4,1966. Through much hard work and tenacity, while raising a family, he received his Bachelor of Arts from St. Edward's in 1973 and later his Master's of Science Degree in International Finance from University of Dallas in 1976. He was a Regional Sales Manager for AstraZeneca, a multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company for many years receiving President's Club recognition in 1980. His pride and joy was his family and he was devoted to supporting his son's endeavors in football beginning at an early age through High School. He never missed one of their games.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sisters Arlene Bristow Harrison, Penny Bristow and his beloved Uncle Claude Gray Jr.
He is survived by his loving wife Dora Charlotte Bristow; sons Adam Ray(Melissa) and Troy Lynn Bristow; grandchildren Amanda Bristow Alam, Orion and Justin Bristow; great grandchildren Ayden Floyd, Ari and Ariel Alam, beloved aunt Velta Gray Morris, cousin Judy Parker Richardson and numerous loved nieces and nephews. Memorial service to be determined at a later time. The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers.
