Sandy LeVake Obituary
She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Elizabeth Johnson, brother Michael Johnson, and nephew Brian 'BJ' Johnson.
She is survived by her soul mate of 25 +years, Keith LeVake, daughters: Genifer Oliver 'LeVake', Karla, Kelly, and Katie LeVake; sons-in-law: Steve Baez and Kyler Koch; grandchildren: Sandra LeVake, Enzo Garcia, and Jovonie LeVake; great-granddaughter: Aria Koch; sisters: Diane Evans, Sue Ariss; brother-in-law: Mason Evans; nephews: Ricky and Ronnie Evan; great nephew: Christopher and Joey Evans; and great great nephew: Weston Evans.
Celebration of life will be held at a later time. Flowers and donations can be sent to Broken Arrows, 103 Exchange St., Blue River, WI 53518 or Po Box 113, Blue River, WI 53518.
