Senaida "Sandy" Flores Salmeron

January 11, 1954 – November 4, 2025

Our beautiful Senaida "Sandy" Salmeron passed away peacefully on November 4, 2025. Born on January 11, 1954, to Margaret and Eduardo Flores, Sandy was a strong, smart, and funny woman whose love and guidance shaped the lives of everyone who knew her.

Sandy had a gift for making people feel seen and heard. She gave confidence to those who needed it most and offered advice that came straight from the heart. Whether you needed a good laugh, a bit of wisdom, or just someone to listen, Sandy was always there-steady, kind, and full of light.

She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Leonard Salmeron, and their children Senaida Salmeron, Leonard Salmeron Jr., Michael Salmeron and his wife Janett. She was the proud grandmother of Desiree and her husband Joel, Cynthia and her husband Michael, Alyssa, and Melanie, and the joyful great-grandmother of Ayden, Adam, Madalyn, Azalea, Camila, and Leila, each of whom brought her endless happiness. Sandy is also survived by her father, Eduardo Flores, and her siblings Leo, Yole, Mary, Johnny, Andrew, Lucy, and Margie, who will forever cherish her laughter, strength, and the deep love she showed to her family.

Sandy's life was a beautiful example of love, resilience, and faith. Her spirit will continue to guide and comfort all who were blessed to be known and loved by her.

"She gave so much of herself to others and in doing so, she left pieces of her heart everywhere she went."

A public visitation will be held at Jeter & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 12, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Michael's Catholic Church on Thursday, November 13, at 11:00 a.m., followed by a graveside service at Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens.
