Sandy K. Spinner, 58, of Bernhards Bay, NY; passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023 at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse, NY. She was born on August 17, 1965 in Syracuse, NY; daughter of the late Charles and Virginia Greenia Rice.
Sandy is survived by her son, Jacob Delamater; her daughter, Amber Spinner; grandchildren, Isabella, David and Maria; her brother, Dale Delamater (Chris); four sisters, Donna Marsden, Debbie (Chuck) Carr, Vickey (Andy) Kenyon and Annettie (Bob) Rathburn; along with several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 3, 2023 from Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 2983 W. Main Street, Parish, NY. Relatives and Friends may call from 12 to 1 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
