Sanh Vy Quang

Sanh Vy Quang, 91, passed away peacefully on November 4th, 2023.
There will be a celebration of life held on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at 11:15 AM at the Merle Hay Chapel.
Sanh was born on April 14, 1932, in the city of Khamkeuth in the providence Khammouane of Laos. She lived an active lifestyle, activities like gardening and window shopping brought her joy. In downtime, she loved to spend time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, otherwise she was watching her Thai Lakorn. She showed her love through cooking traditional Lao food and made sure no one ever went hungry. Although, her guilty pleasure was American fast food - a few of her favorites include: Big Macs, Ice Cream, and Pizza.
Beyond her love for family and food, Sanh was known for her strong personality and a sense of humor that could light up any room. Her jokes were like a comforting melody, bringing laughter and joy to all who were lucky enough to be in her presence. As we remember her, let us carry forward the lessons she taught us about love, laughter, and cherishing life's simple pleasures.
Sanh was preceded in death by her husband Bounleut Quang.
She is survived by her 6 children Boun Quang, May Baccam, Manh Quang, Kone Quang, Fong Quang, and Amanda Quang; along with 28 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and many more extended family members.
