Former area resident Sara Marie Albers, 39, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2025, at her home in Branson, MO.
Rosary will be at 10 a.m. and Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 4, at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Hastings with Father Prageeth Chamara officiating. Burial will be at Parkview Cemetery in Hastings. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church. Memorials may be given to the family. Sara was born on March 7, 1986, in Lincoln, NE. On March 10, 1986, she was adopted by Richard G. Jr. and JoAnn (Grote) Randall. She graduated from St. Cecilia High School in 2004. Sara married Jeremy Albers on August 8, 2008, and though they later divorced, they shared many meaningful years together.
Sara worked as a store clerk and was known for her warm heart and generous spirit, she was always willing to help others and found joy in simple, caring acts. She adored her cat, Lil Homie, and loved her children deeply, cherishing every conversation she shared with her daughters. Sara will be remembered for her kindness, her laughter, and the love she gave so freely to those around her.
Sara was preceded in death by her grandparents, Don & Birdeen Grote, Richard Randall Sr., and Dennis Wilson.
