Sara Marie Eby, beloved mother, daughter, sister, and fiancée, passed away on July 14, 2025, in Kamiah, Idaho. She was a radiant soul whose warmth, creativity, and love touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Born in Bremerton, Washington, to Michelle Meadows and James "Jim" Eby, Sara spent her early years exploring the world with curiosity and joy. She graduated from high school in the United Kingdom, a testament to her adventurous spirit, and later earned her cosmetology degree, combining her love of beauty and artistry.
Sara's greatest joy in life was being a mother to her four children. Her love for them was boundless, and she poured her heart into every moment spent with them. Whether she was baking pies, tending to her chickens and ducks, or laughing with her kids in the kitchen, Sara created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and delicious smells.
Known affectionately in her community as the "crazy chicken lady," Sara embraced life with humor and heart. She was a familiar face at local farmers markets, where her baked goods and culinary creations earned her a loyal following. In 2006, she even appeared in several episodes of a cooking show, sharing her passion with a wider audience.
