Sara John Obituary

For most of her life, Sara dedicated herself to her faith and to caring for others as a registered nurse, bringing comfort, skill, and kindness to countless patients and their families. Outside of her calling, she found great joy in exploring the world; she loved to travel and cherished the memories and friendships made along the way.
She was the beloved wife of the late Charles John. Sara will be deeply missed by her daughter, Melissa (Trea) Kimble; her son, Christopher (Allyson) John; her grandkids, Charlie and Cameron Kimble; Mallory and Trevor John, and many dear friends who were like family to her.
Sara's family would like to thank Smyrna First United Methodist Church for all the support and love through the years as well as the staff at Delmar Gardens in Smyrna for the extraordinary care they have provided her.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park.
