Sara Lopez Obituary
Throughout her remarkable life, Sara was known for her unwavering resilience. With courage and hope, she journeyed to a new country alongside her sister, laying the foundation for a brighter future for her children and generations to come. She created a warm and welcoming home-one filled with love, comfort, and the aroma of her treasured cooking. From early morning coffee to her unforgettable sopes, champurrado, and gelatina, Sara nurtured those she loved through every meal she prepared.
A devoted Jehovah's Witness, Sara shared her deep faith generously, ensuring that all who were willing to listen knew of Jehovah's love and promises.
Sara is survived by her nine devoted children: Lourdes Navarro (Sergio), Iduvina Hernandez (Roberto), Marisela Gracia (Carlos), Loris Sil (Mateo), Jose Soto, Esmeralda Hernandez (Alfonso), Alma Rodriguez (Roberto), Rafael Beiza (Maria), and Linda Beiza (Gabriel); her 26 beloved grandchildren, her 30 precious great-grandchildren, and her cherished sister, Rosalinda Lopez.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Guadalupe Lopez; her brothers, Ruben Lopez, Jesus Lopez, and Angel Lopez; and her daughter-in-law, Veronica Soto.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 10, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at River Woods Funeral Home.
