Sara Dawn McGrath passed away on Tuesday September 10, 2024, in Sunset, Utah. She was born December 19, 1978, to Patrick Glenn Gabbert and Nadean Young Gabbert.
She was born in Utah and then moved to California in 1989, moved back to Utah in 2006.
Her hobbies that she enjoyed were puzzles, gardening, painting, shopping, fashion, and camping.
She is survived by her son’s; Austin Gabbert, Dustin Brown, Kaiden Vacetti, Jason and Nadean Gabbert (stepfather and mother), Robert (Jan) Young (uncle and aunt) Cheryl (David) Quillman (uncle and aunt), Louise (Michael) Young (uncle and aunt), siblings; Sheila Leavitt, Mari Westcott, Rachel Poulsen, Melissa Jacklin, Brandon Gabbert, Ben Gabbert, Wendy Gladden and Heather Lawerence and their families.
She is preceded in death by, Robert (Laverne) Young, (grandparents), Patrick Gabbert (father), Steve Young (uncle) and Heidi Gabbert (sibling).
Funeral services will be held on Friday September 20, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road Layton, Utah. Friends may visit with family Thursday September 19, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary.
