Sara Jane Stacho, 80, of Olmsted Falls, Ohio passed away peacefully on May 4, 2023. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on December 2, 1942, to the late John Charles and Lydia Dorothy Heatley (nee Bahneman). Sara was preceded in death by her first husband, George Moses; her parents; and her siblings, Bob and Jean.
Sara will be deeply missed by her beloved husband, Wilbur Stacho; loving mother of Timothy (Sheila) Moses, Scott (Sandy) Moses, Christopher (Lisa) Moses, Shawn (Connie) Moses, and Jonathan (Katie) Moses; loving step-mother of Timothy Stacho (deceased), Christopher Stacho (deceased), David Stacho (deceased), Jonathan (Michelle) Stacho, and Suzanne (Mark) Thayer; cherished grandmother of Justina Moses, Zachary Moses, Westley Moses, Elijah Moses, Catherine Moses, Nick Moses, Thomas (Kami) Lizik, Matthew Lizik, Benjamin Moses, Dean Moses, Blake (Shawn) Reeve, Seth Moses, Jenna Moses, Alyssa Moses, Shawn Moses, Jeremiah Moses, Stella Moses, Cora Moses, Sarina, Tyler, Ronan, Amanda, Keegan, Allison, Sean, Andrew, Michael, Matthew, and Elizabeth; cherished great-grandmother of Evelynn Moses, Miles Lizik, and numerous bonus great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and dear friends.
The visitation and funeral ceremony will be held on Monday, May 8, 2023, at Sunset Funeral Home, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. Visitation hours will be 10am-12pm, followed by a funeral ceremony at 12pm. The family welcomes you to join them at a reception in Sara's honor immediately following the interment at Sunset Funeral - lower level.
Interment at Chestnut Grove Cemetery, 7789 Lewis Road, Olmsted Falls, OH 44138.
