Sarah Beachy Obituary
She was born near Winesburg on January 7, 1932 to the late Andrew and Barbara (Miller) Schlabach and married Roman Beachy on October 11, 1951. He died February 3, 2012.
She is survived by a daughter, Barbara "Jeanie" Gatti of Mount Eaton; a granddaughter, Angela Sherer; grandsons, Don (Stephanie) Gatti and Mike (Valarie) Gatti; and great grandchildren, Mena, Jacob, Landon, Sydnie, Sadie, Connor, Kenzie, Braylee and Jansen; a brother, Aden Schlabach.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Chuck Gatti; sister, Mary Yoder; and brothers, Emanuel and Martin Schlabach.
Friends may call Wednesday, February 18, 2026 from 6-8:00 pm at Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 11:00 am at New Leaf Church (formerly Longenecker), 2200 Township Road 606, Dundee, OH 44624. Graveside services will be held prior at 10:00 am in the church cemetery.
