A graveside service for Sarah Diebner, 85, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Agudath Achim Cemetery at the corner of Yale and Walnut. Officiating the service will be Rabbi David Laor.
Sarah was born on October 22, 1930 in San Antonio, Texas to Morris and Bertha Roos and passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2025 in Shreveport, Louisiana.
She was a wonderful wife, mother and mother-in-law. To know Sarah was to love her and she will be deeply missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Herbert Diebner; son, Edward Diebner and brother, Marcus Roos and wife, Sara Ann. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Michael David Diebner; daughter-in-law, Jaci Diebner; nieces, Cynthia Saenz, Sally Roos Pasquale and Lisa Roos and nephews, Brad Diebner, Kelly Diebner and Dr. Jeff Diebner.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to Agudath Achim Synagogue, 9401 Village Green Dr., Shreveport, LA 71115 or Gentiva Hospice, 590 Boardwalk Blvd Ste BO-590, Bossier City, LA 71111.
