Sarah Driedger Obituary
A life well-lived; our mom was truly an angel. Her joys in life were her 7 children, 16 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, her garden, sewing projects, and bible reading. Her big heart drew in many of our friends, her renters, and our numerous relatives. She loved to feed, visit with and learn what was happening in their lives. Humble, gentle, faithful, loving, kind; a blessing to all who knew her.
Sarah leaves to celebrate her memory, children: John (Joanne), Jake (Linda), Abe (Karen), Carl (Laureen), Barb (Randy), and Ruth; their families and also many relatives, and friends. Mom was pre-deceased by her husband, Cornelius, and son, Danny.
Many thanks go out to all the amazing staff at Bethany Villa, Central Haven and St. Paul's Palliative Care Unit, who did so much to take care of our sweet momma!
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Warman Bergthaler Mennonite Church, 206 2nd Street, Warman, SK.

My family and I send love, thoughts and prayers to the Driedger family. Sarah is one of the sweetest women we had the blessing to know and share time together to make memories that we will cherish forever. She loved her garden and I had the privilege of assisting with harvesting her wonderful vegetables. Now that I have a garden plot of my own - I will think of her and enjoy and share the harvest with family and friends just as she did.
Sarah you will be missed but we know you are in Heaven and another star is in the sky twinkling down on us.

When Blaine brought Sydney and I to Saskatoon he said we have to meet Aunt Sarah! I could see right away why he had such pride in her accepting, kind, invested loving ways. It showed me the type of person he values most in this world. We will miss her and I will always try to make my Summer Borscht as good as Aunt Sarah's! Polly and Blaine Meyers

I love Sarah very much. She is so loving, kind, gentle, sincere, and caring. My first visit to her,I felt so welcome and I felt like she embraced me with her love and kindness as one of her family members. It was such a wonderful feeling and I felt so home. She will always be in my heart I love you very much Sarah. May you rest in peace.

I have many fond memories of renting a basement bedroom from your mom 39 years ago. She was a wonderful Godly woman. She has always held a special place in my heart. Thoughts and prayers to the family.

I had the privilege of renting the basement suite for about a year in 96/97. Mrs. Driedger was such a kind soul and showed such care for us, her tenants. I feel so blessed to have known her and send my deepest condolences to the family.

I lived in Mrs Driedgers basement suite for 2 summers in the early 90's. What a sweet lady. Not many landlords do your laundry for you. Such good memories Janeen (Rempel) Penner. My sincere condolences to your family
