Sarah Duff Obituary
Sarah Martha Duff, 72, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026. She was born in Conway on February 26, 1953 to parents Ottis Causey and Nina McDowell Causey.
Sarah was a dedicated seamstress for more than 40 years at Sarah's Alterations, where her skill, patience, and attention to detail touched the lives of countless people. Beyond her work, she was a loving and devoted mother, deeply cherished by her family and all who knew her. She had a generous spirit and an open heart, always ready to help anyone in need, and she gave freely of her time, kindness, and love. Her warmth, selflessness, and quiet strength will be remembered and missed by many.
Sarah is survived by her son, Tony Duff; sisters, Josephine Legge, Carry Doyle; brothers, Jimmy Causey, Larry Causey, Albert Causey, and OJ Causey; as well as a number of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
She is predeceased by her parents, Ottis P. Causey and Nina Mimi McDowell; sisters, Theatwood Holden, Elizabeth Huggins, Shelvia Grimler; and brother, Clifford Causey.
A private family service will be at a later date.
Goldfinch Funeral Home in Conway is in charge of Funeral Arrangements.
