Sarah Gravatte/Aberli Gutierrez

Sarah (Gravatte/Aberli) Gutierrez, 40, passed away on Tuesday, August 3 due to a complication from COVID. Sarah adored her son, Jackson Aberli, and her world revolved around his happiness. Rudy was more than just her husband. He was her soulmate, her partner in life. Their marriage was a true-life fairy tale with a love that will never end. Sarah is survived by her Mom and Step-Mom, Tracy and Cathy Habeeb; Father, Robert Gravatte; Sisters, Maggie Heissenbuttel (Hank), and Abbey Gravatte, and 3 adoring nephews, Mason, Noah, and Max.
Sarah was known as the neighborhood "Mom" with all the children she welcomed into her home. Sarah delighted in filling her pantry with the best snacks and drinks for all the kids to devour.

Sarah had an incredibly big heart with the kindest and most giving soul you would ever meet. Family always came before herself. She had a talent for cooking delicious meals and hosted many fun game nights for family and friends.

We want to encourage you to do something nice for someone today, whether it be for family, friends, or a stranger. And when you do, please think of Sarah.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 17, from 3:00 to 6:30 pm at Pearson's Funeral Home, 149 Breckenridge Lane, 40207. A memorial service will take place at 6:30 pm in the Chapel.
