Sarah was born on June 20, 1914 and passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2016. Sarah was a resident of Lenoir, North Carolina at the time of her passing. She attended Lenoir Schools and Davenport College. She was married to Clarence. Graveside services will be held in Lenoir NC on Saturday April 9 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Belleview Cemetery conducted by Rev. Robert R. Hinman. The family wishes to especially thank Retha Bentley Sandra Benfield Edna Ledee Mary Flynn Mary Greene and Lynn Whisnant for their love and devotion along with Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care for their quality of care and compassion. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Caldwell Hospice and Palliative Care 902 Kirkwood St. Lenoir NC 28645.
