Sarah Logan Obituary
Sarah Alice Logan, 81, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, March 12,2025. Alice loved cutting grass and planting her flowers, She enjoyed cooking and caring for all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Alice favorite holiday was Christmas and she was bound and determined to give each child, grandchild, and great grandchild a gift. She absolutely loved telling everyone that she was born on Thanksgiving and that was why we have a Thanksgiving holiday! In her younger years Alice enjoyed going to the beach, fishing, and boat riding. She was also a school bus driver during her senior year of high school. Alice was the life of the party, and to know her was truly to love her.
Those left to cherish the memory of Alice are her son, Michael Logan (Becky); daughters, Christy Tate (Tommy), Jessica Badon (Richard), Tonya Sonnier (Jessie); grandchildren, Michael Logan Jr., Anica Logan, Britney Theriot (Casey), Justin Billiot (Jessica), Heather Billiot, Garett Billiot (Laken), Ashton Boudreaux (Maggie), Tabatha Harrington (Conner Hebert), Kevin Harrington, Blake Badon (Santana), Cade Badon (Rachel), Logan Badon (Lexie), Khloe' Badon, Jax Badon; great grandchildren, Eva, Cameron, Cassidy, Gavin, Aubrey, Parker, Jimmie, Jackson, Miller, Landry, Elodie, Lennon, Olivia, Marlee, Amelia, Ridge, Karter, Tinsley, Ember, Banks, Genevieve, Sydney, Izzy; sisters, Jewell Graham Peavy, Jean Graham Richbrough; sister at heart and best friend Marie Browder.
Alice was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Jessie Ashton Logan; parents, M.A. Graham and Mable Graham; sister, Deloris Jordan; brother, Maxwell Allen Graham; beloved uncle, Edward Graham.
The family wishes to thank Lake Charles Care Center and St. Patricks Hospital for the loving care and support provided to their mother during her time there. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes you to donate in Alice memory to St. Jude’s's Children's Hospital.
Pall Bearers for Alice are Blake Badon, Cade Badon, Logan Badon, Justin Billiot, Garett Billiot, Gavin Mhire, Ashton Boudreaux, Kevin Harrington, Michael Logan Jr.
Funeral services for Alice will be held at Johnson Funeral Home of Sulphur on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 11 AM. The family will receive guest starting at 10 AM until time of service. Burial will follow at Mimosa Pines South.
