Sarah Moore Obituary
Sarah Jo Robinson Moore, 42, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2024, in Abilene, Texas. A visitation will be 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Thursday, August 29, 2024, at Elmwood Funeral Home, 5750 Hwy 277 South. A memorial service will be 11:00 AM, Friday, August 30, 2024, at Wylie Christian Church, 6250 Buffalo Gap Road.
Born on September 27, 1981, to Wyatt and Pam Robinson in Abilene, Sarah lived a life full of love, creativity, and kindness. A proud graduate of Abilene High School, Class of 2000, Sarah was a talented clarinet player who shone brightly in the school band. Her artistic spirit flourished throughout her life, finding expression in her love for astrology, yoga, poetry, and meditation. Sarah had a free and gentle soul that embraced the beauty of the world and sought to share it with others.
Known for her sweet and loving nature, Sarah was always ready to lend a helping hand, bringing light and laughter to those around her. Her sense of humor and generous heart made her a cherished friend to many. Above all, she was a devoted and loving mother who adored her children. Sarah's love for her family was boundless, and she took immense pride in being a mother, daughter, sister, and best friend.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Bill and Rachel Robinson, and Clyde and Jo Lawler.
Sarah is survived by her fiancé, Justin Ordway; her five children, Janah Jo Moore, Corban Moore, Violet Stewart, James Stewart, and Myra Stewart; her parents, Wyatt and Pam Robinson; her brothers, Justin Robinson and wife Leea, Keith Robinson and wife Brandie, and Stephen Robinson; her nieces and nephews, Scarlett, Natalie, Blake, Lauren, William, Jax, and Raelynn; one great nephew, Truett; her fur babies, Shoogie, and Dots; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Sarah leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and beautiful memories that will forever be treasured by those who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
