Hickory- Sarah Louise Moses, 47, went to Heaven, Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Palliative Care Center and Hospice of Catawba Valley after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born April 19, 1964 in Watauga County, the daughter of the Late Danny T. Potter and Bonnie L. Potter. She has been with Huffman Finishing Co. for 22 years. Sarah is preceded in death by her father Danny T. Potter and a nephew, Joshua Wayne Potter. Survivors include her son, Christopher Moses, a daughter, Angel Moses, her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Kelly Lail; three grandsons, Kody, Jaden and Tyler Lail; a granddaughter; Sarah Marie Lail; her mother, Bonnie L. Potter; two sisters, Vennie Potter and Linda Allison and husband, Danny; a brother, Rickie Potter and wife, Lisa; two nephews, Kenny Potter and Adam Flowers and a niece Tabitha Potter. She also leaves behind many friends who will miss her dearly, especially Joyce Day and her boyfriend Eddie Dover who stayed by Sarah’s side until the end. A funeral service will be held 2 PM Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at Catawba Funerals and Cremations by Pastor Jerry Robinson. Burial will follow in Catawba Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday, April 25th from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home. Well Mamaw. I made it to 16. I wish you were here to watch me grow upI hope your having fun in heaven. I love you so much and I think about you everyday. Tell papaw potter and Jesus I said hey!! I love you so much and I cant wait to see you again. And your other little one Sarah... well she is mean you would have loved her. She is 7 now. I love you and cant wait to see you again. I love you❤❤
