Sarah Erica Samos, 36, of Warwick, RI, passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024, at Kent Hospital. Sarah was born on August 3, 1988, in Woonsocket, RI, to Eric Samos and the late Andrea Liberatore.
Despite the challenges posed by Tourette syndrome, Sarah embraced life with joy and resilience. She found her greatest happiness in spending time with her family and friends, with a special focus on her beloved son, D'Andre Blais. Sarah cherished life's simple pleasures and was known for her outgoing and social nature, whether interacting with people online or in person. Her vibrant smile and kind soul will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Sarah is survived by her treasured son, D'Andre Blais, and her twin sister, Amanda (Samos) Usuga and her husband, Krystian. She was a loving aunt to three nieces: Alyssa Votta, Aubrey Usuga, and Arianna Usuga. Sarah will also be remembered fondly by her grandmother, Angela Liberatore, and a close circle of extended family and close friends. She was predeceased by her mother, Andrea Liberatore on September 13, 2011, and her grandfather, Raymond Liberatore.
Sarah's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her, and her kindness and courage will never be forgotten.
Visitation will take place at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home, 659 E. Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick, RI on Wednesday, September 18 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. followed by a Catholic Prayer Service at 11:30 a.m.
Burial will be private.
Donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at https://www.stjude.org.
