Sarah Vining Obituary
We are finding comfort in knowing she is in the Lord's presence now and standing with the love of her life once again by her side.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Staff at Ridgeview Nursing Home for their compassion and continued care they provided throughout her time there, the Doctors and Nurses of 4 West and 5 West at Princeton Baptist Medical Center, and Southeast Hospice for the grace and love shown not only to our Mother, but our family as well during our difficult time as she was transitioning into her eternal home.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Crestview Memorial Gardens. Lee Taylor will officiate funeral services and Collins-Burke Funeral Home will direct.
Mrs. Vining was preceded in death by her Husband-Bobby Gene Vining, Sr.; Father-James Comer Garner; Mother-Mary Eliza Edgil Garner; Brothers-Benny Ray Garner, William James Garner and Giles Jackson Garner; Sisters-Jessie Mae Garner Hall, Madie Garner Hancock, Janie Garner Chambless and Nelda Garner Handley and Son-in-Law-Steven Key.
She is survived by her Son-Bobby Gene Vining, Jr. (Kim); Daughter-Robin Vining Key; Grandchildren-Christian Key, Aaron Key, Nicholas Vining (Payton), AnnaNicole Vining (Robert) and Ella Catherine Vining; Great-Grandchildren-Bryce Key, Sadie Brook Key, Colton Levi Jefferson and River Gene Jefferson; Siblings-Jimmy Clay Garner, Diane Garner Bailey, Mary Elizabeth Garner Jackson and Audrey Garner Carlisle (Paul).
