Savitaben Patel

Savitaben Shivabhai Patel, departed this world on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at the age of 90 years. Savitaben was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, known for her caring nature and unwavering positivity.
Born March 1, 1934 in Joshikuva, Gujarat, India, Savitaben embraced her new life in the United States, where she brought joy to those around her. She had a special gift for nurturing others, often babysitting for family and friends, and creating a warm, loving environment wherever she went.
Savitaben was passionate about her hobbies. She found joy in knitting, creating beautiful pieces that warmed the hearts of those who received them. She enjoyed the thrill of playing scratch-off lottery tickets and loved to unwind by watching her favorite television shows. Above all, Savitaben had a deep spiritual connection and spent many hours in prayer, finding solace and strength in her faith.
A cherished member of her community, she looked forward to her time at the adult daycare, where she enjoyed the company of friends and shared laughter and stories. Her visits to the Mandir were a source of great joy, where she connected with her faith and community.
Savitaben leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and a positive spirit that will forever be remembered by all who knew her. She is survived by her loving family Kamlesh Patel (Son), Dilipbhai Patel (Son), Kalaben Patel (Daughter), Alka Patel (Daughter in Law), Ritaben Patel (Daughter in Law), Rajnikantbhai Patel (Son in Law), Jiger Patel (Grandson), Kishan Patel (Grandson), Darshan Patel (Grandson), Sapna Jussab (Granddaughter), Lenal Patel (Granddaughter), Ashlesha Patel (Granddaughter in Law), Mira Patel (Granddaughter in Law), PJ (Grandson in Law), as well as extended family and friends.
Funeral services for Savitaben Patel will take place Thursday, November 7, 2024 from 9:30am-11:30am at Franklin Memorial Park. Franklin Memorial Park is located at 1800 Route 27 in North Brunswick, NJ. Following cremation on November 7th, there will be a gather from 12:30PM-5PM at Parlor Banquet, 2863 Woodbridge Ave Edison, 08837
